Where we deliver

We currently ship across India. At checkout you’ll see whether we deliver to your pin code. If your location isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll check if we can arrange delivery.

Processing time

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During sales or busy periods it might take a day or two longer. You’ll get an email once your order is shipped.

Delivery time

Total delivery time = processing + transit. Transit is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location and the courier. Remote or restricted areas may take longer. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is our best estimate, not a guarantee.

Shipping cost

Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout. We sometimes run free-shipping offers—those will be mentioned on the product or cart page.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link by email and/or SMS. You can use it to see where your package is. If the status doesn’t update for a few days, get in touch and we’ll follow up with the courier.

Multiple items

If you order more than one cover, we may send them in one package or split them depending on stock and logistics. We’ll keep you informed if anything is sent separately.

Wrong address

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or loss if the address was wrong or incomplete. If you realise the mistake before dispatch, contact us quickly and we’ll try to update it.

Failed delivery

If the courier can’t deliver (e.g. wrong address, no one available, refusal), the package may be returned to us. We’ll get in touch to sort out re-delivery or refund. Re-shipping may involve extra charges if the failure was due to an incorrect address.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with your order number and, if possible, photos of the package/product. We’ll work with the courier and either replace the item or refund you as per our Refund Policy.
