When you can return

You can return a mobile cover within 14 days of delivery if:

  • It’s unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags or wraps intact.
  • It’s not a wrong-model purchase (see below).
  • It’s not a product we’ve clearly marked as non-returnable (e.g. clearance or custom items).

Wrong model / wrong item

If we sent the wrong model or wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a pickup and send the correct product or give a full refund. Please keep the packaging and product as received.

If you ordered the wrong model yourself, we can’t exchange for a different model. You can still return it within 14 days as unused for a refund, subject to the rest of this policy.

Damaged or defective

If the cover arrives damaged or defective (e.g. cracked glass back, broken clip, manufacturing defect), contact us within 48 hours and share a couple of photos. We’ll replace it or refund you—no need to ship the damaged piece back if we say so.

How to start a return

  1. Email us from the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm whether the return is accepted and send return instructions if needed.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or similar) and ship it to the address we give you. You bear the return shipping cost unless we’ve sent the wrong item or a defective one.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process the refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund method

Refunds go back to the same payment method you used (card, UPI, etc.). Bank or payment partner processing can take a few extra days after we’ve processed the refund.

Partial refunds

We may give a partial refund (e.g. if the item is returned used or without packaging) and will let you know before processing.

What we don’t allow

We can’t accept returns that are used, damaged by misuse, or missing packaging. We also can’t refund return shipping unless the fault was ours (wrong or defective item).
